This policy explains how cookies and similar technologies may be used on the iEthico public website and MedSupply Intelligence.

Our current approach

The public iEthico website is designed not to use non-essential advertising or behavioural tracking cookies. We do not currently use Google Analytics on the public website.

MedSupply Intelligence and the infrastructure used to protect and deliver our services may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies for purposes such as authentication, access control, session management, security and fraud prevention. These technologies are required for the relevant service to operate securely.

Submitting a contact or white paper form sends the information you enter to the form-processing service used by iEthico. The form itself does not rely on an iEthico advertising or analytics cookie.

Strictly necessary cookies

Strictly necessary cookies are used only where needed to provide a service you request or to protect the service. Depending on the part of the service you use, these may include:

• authentication and access-control cookies used to keep authorised users signed in securely;
• security cookies used to identify malicious traffic, protect forms or maintain service integrity; and
• short-lived session information required for a requested feature to operate.

Because these technologies are necessary to provide or secure the relevant service, they may not require consent under applicable cookie rules.

Analytics, advertising and personalisation

We do not currently set non-essential analytics, advertising or behavioural personalisation cookies on the public website. If we introduce non-essential cookies in future, we will update this policy and introduce any consent controls required before those cookies are used.

Third-party services

We use service providers to host, secure and operate our website and services and to process website forms. A provider may use strictly necessary technical measures when you interact with its service. Where this happens, its handling of personal information is also covered by the relevant contractual and privacy arrangements.

Managing cookies in your browser

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent secure or authenticated parts of MedSupply Intelligence from working correctly.

Current browser guidance is available from the relevant browser provider, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari.

We may update this policy when our use of cookies or similar technologies changes. The current version will be published on this page with its last-updated date.
