Accessibility Statement

About this statement

This accessibility statement applies to the public iEthico website and the MedSupply Intelligence web application.

We want as many people as possible to be able to use our website and MedSupply Intelligence. We design and maintain the services with accessibility in mind and aim to make core content and functionality usable with a keyboard, screen-reader software, browser zoom and other common assistive technologies.

Accessibility standard

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as our reference for accessible web content and aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably practicable.

We have not completed an independent accessibility audit of the current website and MedSupply Intelligence release, so we are not making a claim of full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance at this time.

What we are doing

Our current website and application work includes measures such as:

• semantic page structure and labelled form controls;
• keyboard-accessible navigation and interactive controls;
• visible keyboard focus states;
• responsive layouts that support browser zoom and different screen sizes;
• text alternatives or accessible descriptions for meaningful non-text content where appropriate;
• reduced-motion support for users who request it through their device or browser settings; and
• ongoing review of colour contrast, readability and form error handling.

Known limitations

Some complex data visualisations, historical content or third-party components may not yet provide the same experience with every assistive technology. Where we identify an accessibility issue, we will assess the impact and prioritise a reasonable fix or alternative way to access the information.

If you need information from our website or MedSupply Intelligence in a different format, contact us at support@iethico.com. Tell us what you need and, where relevant, the page or information you are trying to access. We will consider the request and aim to respond within two working days.

If you find an accessibility problem or think we could make part of the service easier to use, email support@iethico.com. Please include enough information for us to identify the page or feature concerned.

Review of this statement

This statement was updated for the current iEthico website and MedSupply Intelligence service on 2 October 2026. We will review it as the services change and as accessibility testing is completed.
